Why is it that the NFL seems to hate the very idea of anything in any of its games being fun? The things it restricts in its anti-taunting and post-touchdown endzone display restrictions are just theater and showmanship. The players are fine with all the things the league restricts in those rules and so are the fans...so what the hell is the big deal?

Why not let it be fun?

Why not remember that, in the end, it's just a game?
