Why, in your profile, did you feel compelled to describe your family in these terms: "Husband to a woman. Dad to two men. Step dad to two women and a man". Is there a reason why you were that fixated on making sure we all knew what the gender or each of your children was? What message were you trying to send in stressing that?

If any of them came out as trans-, non-binary, gender-fluid or intersex, would you accept them on their own terms, that is to say, would you accept each of their personal truths?

These are pertinent questions, in light of your seeming insistence on trying to shut people up on gender issues.
