Why do you assume that the high pay is for the coddling, rather than for the OTHER work an office manager does? Also, do you really believe that the ONLY possible options are either accepting this degrading situation without challenge or getting another job? What could these software “professionals” be bringing to the company that could possibly justify exempting them from any responsibility to behave like adults or even to take responsibility for correctly disposing of their own bowel movements?
