Who is anyone to tell anyone ELSE to wash their car? If somebody else's car is dirty, it has no effect on your or anything in your life- it is none of your concern and it is not yours to judge. And as the article said, in many cases the reason a car has not been cleaned or moved relates to a loss in the family of the person who owns it.

It's judgmental and disrespectful to do something like that. And I'm assuming you'd agree that there's no justification for ever drawing a penis in the dust on someone else's car.

And it if's that big a deal to you that that car is dusty, why not just do its owner a solid and wash the damn thing yourself?
