What, exactly, should come before the need to fight institutional racism? And what could possibly be worth IGNORING institutional racism? It's not like any greater good comes of having a police force which takes the side of white people, especially rich white people, over everyone else, that works on the assumption that all other races are more dangerous and violent than white people and that other races want to murder us in our beds-oh, wait, that's something police do to black people in this country.
