We don't just need to get Trump out of politics- and it will never again be acceptable or legitimate to have ANOTHER election where the Democratic establishment insists on nominating the least-progressive, most-corporate subservient candidate possible because "we have to BEAT THEM!" and they're still convinced that only the most non-progressive and non-transformative candidate can possibly win- we need to completely root out all corporate influence in the Democratic Party. The days when the party imposes the nomination of generally anti-worker, pro-austerity, anti-Medicare For All type candidates because "it's enough that they're pro-choice and slightly pro-LGBTQ, dammit!" need to be done, and done forever.

The kind of campaign Dems ran in 2020 will never work again-only a candidate who actually inspires personal and political enthusiasm can hold the White House in 2024- or deserve to.
