We can't do full reopeningn-we all knew there was no alternative to lockdowns, masking or social distancing, and we were never going to get to herd immunity without doing ANY public health restrictions- until the majority of the population is vaccinated. Everyone owes it to the greater good and their fellow Americans- and our fellow human beings.
It's not humiliating to be given assistance in situations where one's workplace had to be closed due to lockdown, and it's not laziness or cowardice to work at home until you can get vaccinated. None of that is slacking or "bad choices" and no one should be shamed for doing what they need to do to be sure to stay alive.
And there is no decent reason to FORCE people to go back to work in an office where co-workers or management refuse to mask and socially distance.
You seem incredibly judgmental and un-empathetic to other people, and you sound- I assume I'm wrong about this- but you sound like the sort of person that makes a scene in the grocery store or a federal office when they ask you to put on a mask. We all need to be better than that.
