Two things I'd add to this:
1) "Little Lies" was the last single Fleetwood Mac released before Lindsey Buckingham left the band(he came back later), and in a weird way, it always felt like it was written as a kind of not-exactly-fond farewell to Lindsey.
2) "You Make Loving Fun" was about the man Christine McVie got involved with after divorcing John(which was one of the two breakups in the band that occurred during or leading up to the sessions for Rumours). I've always imagined John McVie, at the end of rehearsing it, saying "OK, Christine, we've played this one SIXTY TIMES TODAY, I think I've got my bass part nailed" and Christine responding, with a justifiably ,mischevious smile, "Oh no, John, I'd say we need to go through it about twenty or thirty times more before supper, just to make REALLY REALLY SURE". It probably wasn't like that, but can you blame a person for imagining that?
