"criticizing (a person)" means questioning something she said, or did, or her reasons for supporting or opposing something.

"intentionally mispronouncing(a person's name)" is NOT "criticizing a person"- it is simply an example of treating a person with disrespect.

No one needs to intentionally mispronouncing a person's name just to be able to criticize them.
