This reminds me of a joke near the end of The Beatles YELLOW SUBMARINE animated film.

It's an exchange between the Chief Blue Meanie(the comic villain of the piece) and "Max" his perpetually grinning advisor/flunky/possible court jester, at the moment the Chief Blue Meanie has realized his campaign to destroy Pepperland has failed and peace and love have won the day. This animated classic was produced in 1968, at both the height of the Sixties counterculture AND less than a quarter-century after the defeat of the Third Reich) and goes as follows:

Chief Blue Meanie: Max...it's not a Blue world anymore Max...where shall we go?

Max(Still grinning absurdly, even in defeat) Argentina?
