This article is not an attack on Biden. It is a warning that, if the Biden-Harris campaign "stays the course" and runs on a fall strategy somewhere between the 2016 Clinton-Kaine campaign and the 1948 Dewey-Warren campaign, they will inevitably produce the same result: a stunning, come-from-ahead defeat.

Biden can't hold his lead and will never win enough states in the Electoral College if he stays with the "conventional wisdom" of the party pros and runs yet ANOTHER "it's enough that we're not THEM" campaign.

To beat Trump, Dems have to run FOR, not just AGAINST-they have to promise positive difference and a fight for real change, not just getting the current figurehead of reaction out of office in name.
