There’s also the fact that police never sweep in and start handcuffing and beating all the kids at a WHITE high school graduation party-even though there’s no evidence that white high school graduation party behavior is any less deserving of police attention than black high school graduation party behavior. Or that white people never get threatened with arrest for having a cookout in a public park. Or that a ten year-old white girl is never going to have threats of police intervention shouted at her for selling bottled water across the street from a major league ballpark.
