There is an idiotically obvious spammer in this thread- they are pretending to be Dr. Wiltz, but they've misspelled Dr. Wiltz's last name EVERY time(they keep throwing in an extra "z"). IT's the "join me on What'sApp" pitch again. Could you join ME in reporting all of this scammer's posts as spam?
