The story contained the facts. And simple cold logic proves that an eleven year-old Black kid- in a state like Florida where it's basically been legal for white people to kill Black people anytime they want to ever since George Zimmerman beat the rap for causing Trayvon Martin's death- by confronting him late at night on the street when he wasn't doing anything but walking home from a convenience store with a snack in his own neighborhood- would basically have to have a death wish to physically attack any authority figure at his school. The kid simply wouldn't have been that stupid and the teacher obviously never had any justification to send him to the principal's office in the first place, since he had every right not to stand for or say the Pledge if he found it offensive to do so.
