The First Amendment says Congress can't restrict the right to freedom of expression. What does a temporary requirement that people wear masks in the name of controlling a pandemic even have to do with self-expression? Is there anybody anywhere who can only freely express themselves or their views or their values if their face is uncovered and they can stand within six feet of other people and breathe on them?
