The body language in that photo tells you all you need to know about Oslo- Arafat is literally doing all he CAN to reach out to Rabin, and Rabin is giving him NOTHING in response. Rabin wouldn't even support a two-state solution, and everyone knows there was never any chance of getting the conflict ended WITHOUT Palestinians getting a state of their own, too.
