In Alaska- where I was at the time of the 2016 campaign-four out of the five Black national convention delegates were Sanders delegates, and the national committeeman and national committeewoman elected at that state convention were both African-American Sanders supporters.
Class reductionists are definitely the worst- yes, class does need to be returned to American politics, but class isn't the only thing that matters.
For myself, I'd say the Sanders campaign should have made more of an effort in the "Super Tuesday" states in '16- they were always going to have trouble in those states since the "mainstream" Black leadership was in the tank for Hillary that year- mainly because she'd spent eight years paying court to them.
