Some forms of porn may actually be grounded in shame about sex. They seem to be based on incorporating shame and punishment for women simply for being willingly sexual- That's the only explanation I can think of for the idea of "bukkake", or for the companies that use phrases like "humiliating bitches since (fill in the year here)".
