OK...I'll be the one to ask: what place run by conservatives does Bongino think CARES about "healthcare outcomes"? Does he mean the places where everybody smokes, nobody vaccinates, masks or socially distances, and most people have a diet that involves eating five cheeseburgers, ten pounds of bacon & a KFC bucket every week?
