Ok, fair observation to say they won't become garden paradises-the main reason they've been bad scenes was because, as soon as black mayors were elected, white flight took all the revenue stream out of the cities by depressing property values, when white people should have stayed and worked with black people for a decent future for all- when Biden is sworn in. By the same token, the Trump revival of the discredited "enterprise zone" concept-in which any money made by the labor of inner city people ends up in the profits of white suburban business owners who just showed up for the tax cuts- wouldn't have done that either, if Trump had ever actually put that plan through at all.
