None of that changes the fact that this woman made a point of relentlessly singling out this Black couple for particular abuse over...well, over nothing. What possible business is it of hers if they have a permit to renovate their house or not? And why hassle them over renovation when the renovation will make that couple's house look BETTER and therefore raise property values throughout the neighbornood?
