Nobody but the Israeli Right EVER believed that "Jordan is the Palestinian state". That concept was invented by Likud to justify eventually annexing the West Bank- or "Judea and Samaria", as nobody but right-wing extremists in Israel have called those areas since 80 CE(AD).
