No. Antiracists are not "racist themselves". And no, nothing that antiracists say about the white power structure is racist towards whites, because those of us who are white never experience racism- we may experience prejudice, but no other race ever has a power structure it can or would use to collectively oppress us. And there are few things any white person can do or say that are more cynical or unaware than the assertion that white people receive even as much prejudice as others receive from us.

There simply is no moral equivalence on this, and there's no decent reason for anybody to look for one.
