It's white conservative "evangelicals" who hold to the delusion that this great "they" made up of the majority of the human race who aren't exactly like white conservative "evangelicals" are "destroying the bedrock of civilization". BIPOC people, from all I've seen, live with the reality that white-controlled institutions- the police, the courts, the financial system, the insurance industry, the Republican Party- ARE, in fact, doing all they can to hold BIPOC people down and are, in many parts of the country, are acting as though BIPOC votes are somehow intrinsically suspect and that it should be harder for BIPOC people to vote than it is for them. this is based on a lie-black vote fraud has never been a thing in this country and no white person has ever been cheated out of any just reward by any gain BIPOC people have made. You are the one who needs to "stop it, please", and stop acting like white dominance has to be the permanent natural order or things.
