It's possible that that poster assumes that white people in Canada- a country that is stereotyped as almost comically "nice"- are incapable of being sincerely racist. Any First Nations person in Canada and any person of color who has ever had a run in with the police in any major Canadian city or with the RCMP in rural areas knows that's bullshit.
