It appears that these people want to force ALL levels of governance and authority to simply accede to an overall demand that they accept this proposition "The way things were in 1928- including the official suppression of scientific fact, relentless homophobia and violent white supremacy- was and is God's Will. and we will all FORCE everyone to live in 1928 for the rest of eternity".
