I'm thinking that none of the people you mentioned there would vote for anyone other than Reagan, either Bush, or Trump. They didn't vote for either Clinton, or Obama, and it's likely thgeir dads or grand dads voted Nixon or Wallace. And if they love Trump they're damn sure not gonna vote for Biden, so why are you even bringing them up?

The working-class votes we had and lost in the firewall swung to Trump in '16 because he was pledged to stop the TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership) trade pact, the one Hillary's platform representatives wouldn't allow the platform to oppose. That's what Trump took the EC on...that, and nothing else. They would still have voted for Trump if Biden had been the nominee in '16, and we all know it.

As to me...since for some reason you chose to get personal, which I never did to you:

I worked twelve-hour days on the ferries in Alaska-before that, I worked in espresso bars and clearing tables in restaurants, and as a teen I spent most of my summers working in produce canneries in high school.

P.S. You have no reason to assume I wouldn't like Rush- although I do prefer Springsteen, john Cougar Mellencamp, Johnny Cash and Van Morrison-all of whom are just as working-class as Geddy or Neil(R.I.P.) are.
