If you're looking for me to defend The Man Show, you've got the wrong person. I never watched it and everything I heard about it suggested it was utterly vile.

All I'm saying is that Kimmel clearly changed-what he does on his show now has essentially nothing to do with the dynamic of The Man Show-and what he does on his current show is a continual repudiation of the ugliness of The Man Show.

He needs to do more work on addressing what he did in the past.

I'm just not sure why you're bringing that up in this thread, when the essay we're commenting on has nothing whatsoever to do with The Man Show.
