I apologize for misidentifying you as “straight”- that was careless. I will say, though, that you are setting yourself up as the arbiter of what are and are not valid grievances.

BTW, the Left, in this century, does not support setting up a Soviet-style “command economy”- most of us are for creating as many worker cooperatives- given start-up funds by co-op banks- to take the economy into democratic management from below. This notion that we’re all going to turn into a million Lavrenti Berias is hopelessly out-of-date. We’re operating from the assumption that the world doesn’t need coercive, self-interested management that divides us into bosses vs. employees…and really, what good does that sort of management do? Enterprises that are run that way now aren’t interested in growing or creating work or providing better goods or services- they are chiefly concerned with providing high short-term rate of return on investment for shareholders- and as we have seen, that is achieved almost entirely by holding wages and benefits down, holding employee “head count” down, and “salami-slicing” on the quality of the goods and services offered- in other words, not a sustainable model for a successful, inclusive economy.
