I am sorry you may be having trouble find a woman who might be interested in your...believe me, there have been times in my life where that was me...but I don't think it's about women looking for flawlessness.

It's my view that we need to have something like a "life coach" for straight men who want to improve our odds for not being rejected...often, it's a few small things we could correct if told of them, but there doesn't seem to be an acceptable way of asking women who've rejected us for feedback on what our "deal breakers" were.

That said, anyone who watches fantasy is probably looking to see characters who could never possibly exist in life, so I wouldn't take that or any comment on the characters in fantasy as a personal attack or indictment.

Just so you know for future reference...and obviously, you weren't aware of this or meaning this, but it's worth knowing...the concept of wishing for "a man on a white horse" is often a euphemism for hoping that a democratic system of government is overthrown and an authoritarian dictatorship set up in his place.

Vladimir Putin, for example, actually posed shirtless ON horseback for a photo...it wasn't a white horse- he may have had them all shot for disloyalty or something- but that was the image he was going for.
