I know of the 2017 charter change, and I actually agree with a LOT of what you said there- my points are largely about the messaging the Palestine solidarity cause needs to use here and the rest of "the West", and also the message they need to convey to ordinary Israelis- not the Netanyahu Fanclub types, but the larger group who are not unquestioning supporters of the status quo, who get it at at least some level that ordinary Palestinians have been treated inhumanely and that a Palestinian state needs to be created for there to be peace.

Any time the rhetoric sounds as if it is not just a war against Israel and Zionism, but Jews and Judaism as well, and anytime it sounds like the call is just for everybody who identifies as Israeli to simply leave(the Mizrahi, who could more properly be called "Arab Jews", can't go back to their homes at present without risking their lives, and this needs to change and change dramatically), anytime any of those lines are blurred, it gives Netanyahu/the settlers/the IDF psychos we keep seeing "aid and comfort".
