How about this on RoR
1) Physical RoR for the elders of '48, with their children allowed to visit and tend to them in their last years
2) For the rest, acknowledgment, apologies and compensation for what was taken from them in 1948 (this would probably require international funding), voting rights in a Palestinian state, a right to live in that state if they wished, and for those who can't or won't, something like the "overseas department" constituencies that exist in the French National Assembly.
Obviously, there can't be physical RoR for everyone who is even descended from Palestinians, but there can and should be acknowledgment of the wrongs done to them and their ancestors in the Nakba. Admitting wrongs were done and innocent people harmed would do a lot to achieve peace.
