For one thing, nothing Black people or white antiracists are saying about racism is EVER hatred- it's critique, and and critique is actually an expression of love for and loyalty towards that which is being critiqued. Nobody is calling for those of us who are white to be persecuted- nothing BLM or white antiracists propose would HARM those of us who are white- reparations, for example, would actually help a lot of white people, because the funds they put into the hands of the economy would bolster demand and greater demand is to the benefit of everyone who works for a living.

Also, Black people have never CLAIMED they were flawless, and have never, at any point, ever refused to work on self-improvement. All they have said is the face are not mainly their own fault, and that they don't deserve to be treated as if white people are entitled to look down on them and judge them- Black people aren't any less hard-working than anyone else- they are no less committed to keeping their families together than anyone else, and they are no more intrinsically immoral or criminal as a group than anybody else.

Everybody should try to improve their own game- it's just that there's no good reason to single out Black people for personal condemnation than anybody else.
