First time I’d heard “plug” as a word for tampon or “Meninism” as a term for “misogyny”. Massive “Ewww” to both on purely aesthetic grounds and more seriously I’ll damn sure never say “Meninism” out loud or “plug” out load in THAT context. Thanks for writing this.
