Dilbert's boss will never stop asking it...and will never stop telling Dilbert he has HAVE the time he said he would need to get it done.

I don't think the question has anything to do with wanting to know the status of the project-it's just about giving the manager as many ways as possible to paint the developer as a failure and the sole cause of the company's problems.
