And Charlie, if the restaurant had been full, I’d agree with you…and there was no real reason for the author to bring up the question of how the restaurant manager would have treated her and her friend differently had the manager known her friend was a millionaire, since that simply should not have mattered…but why should they have been ordered to leave if the restaurant was actually empty? In a situation like that, what difference does it make how long they stayed?
