And, because he agreed to water it down to nothing- it's nothing WITHOUT the public option, and we now know the public option will NEVER be added- Obama's singnature "achievement", the ACA, is meaningless and made no significant difference in the situations of the vast majority who needed a real healthcare system.

No incremental improvements will ever be made to the ACA- it's just going to say like this, for the rest of eternity, unless the GOP actually do manage to repeal it.

That's what half-measures are: the political equivalent of sandcastles, washed away forever in the next political tide.
