Actually, no- I'm not the person who was victimized by it and the person upthread demanding "proof" is clearly going to reject any proof that is offered to her, because for some reason she thinks saying the words "contractual obligation" automatically makes any other issues moot points.

If the author of this piece, who IS a person of color, says this is driven by racism, why should we not trust that person?
