Actually no. The BBC- which was monitoring radio transmissions from every country in the region- never heard or found evidence of any broadcasts from any Arab countries calling on Palestinians to leave the area.

Also, the US, British, Soviet, and French intelligence services- and the intelligence services of the Zionist forces themselves- were monitoring all radio traffic in the area, and none ever heard of a single such broadcast.
