1) There is a massive difference between posting an article discussing allegations about a grown man- allegations which are already public record-and taking a 14 year-old out to the woods to be beaten to death. Your insistence on comparing press coverage Mr. Robbins would have preferred not to received to the lynching of Emmett Till is as morally numb as Donald Trump Jr's account of seeing the graves of the war dead at Arlington National Cemetary and being put in mind of how his family has fared in the media, or his father's equivalence of his Eighties sex life to the dangers of serving in combat in Vietnam.
2) It does not in any deprive Mr. Robbins the right to dupe process simply for the author of this piece to mention the accusations. It has never been an obligation, in the American judicial system, to keep all accusations against a person secret until a verdict has been rendered in court. If no one representing Mr. Robbins has sought a gag order on the accusations, and no judge has imposed such an order, due process is not an issue.
